Noktech Projects (Pvt) Ltd is an engineering, steel fabrication and industrial solutions company in Harare, Zimbabwe. We provide practical, quality-focused fabrication and engineering for industrial, commercial, agricultural, mining and construction applications.
We aim to be more than a fabrication supplier. Our goal is to be a dependable engineering partner: we understand the client’s problem, develop a practical solution, manufacture it accurately and support the client through to completion.

Workshop & Equipment
We operate a dedicated fabrication workshop of approximately 23 m × 12 m, set up for cutting, forming, welding and assembly and being developed for larger industrial projects.
With every stage under one roof, we cut unnecessary outsourcing, keep tighter control of quality and shorten turnaround times.

Quality Management
Quality is built into the process through planning, controlled workmanship and inspection, so work conforms to the agreed drawings, dimensions, materials and functional requirements.
- Review of drawings, specifications and scope before fabrication
- Verification of material type, thickness and quantities where required
- Dimensional checks during cutting, forming and assembly
- Visual inspection of fabricated joints and welds
- Verification of critical dimensions before final delivery
- Correction and rework of any non-conforming items
- Project documentation and photographs where the client requires them
Where a project needs formal inspection, testing, welding procedures, material certificates, non-destructive testing or third-party inspection, we agree those requirements at quotation and planning stage.
Health, Safety & Environment
Fabrication involves hot work, cutting, lifting, forming and moving machinery. We manage these hazards through:
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Safe operation of cutting, welding, drilling, forming and lifting equipment
- Good housekeeping and clear workshop access routes
- Control of hot work, sparks and fire hazards
- Safe handling and storage of plate, sections, gas cylinders and consumables
- Machine guarding and isolation procedures where applicable
- Responsible disposal of waste materials
- Job-specific risk assessments and toolbox talks where required
- Incident reporting and corrective action
For major client sites, we align our site-specific HSE documentation and induction requirements with your contractor standards before mobilisation.
Leadership
Two directors share responsibility for technical delivery and financial control, so operational and financial decisions stay coordinated. Major investments and strategic commitments are approved jointly.
